At Legacy Eleven, every product is strictly inspected before dispatch. Due to the highly specific nature of football kits and personalized items, we operate under a strict returns policy to maintain our quality standards.
Eligibility for Returns or Refunds We only accept returns, issue refunds, or send replacements under the following strict conditions:

Factory Defects: The item arrived physically damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect.

Wrong Customization: The name or number printed on the back of the shirt does not match the exact details you provided at checkout.

Wrong Size Sent: We shipped a different size than the one selected in your order confirmation.
Please note: We do NOT accept returns or issue refunds if you accidentally ordered the wrong size. We strongly advise checking our size guides carefully before placing an order.
How to Initiate a Return If your item meets one of the specific criteria above, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once our team reviews and approves your claim, we will guide you through the replacement or refund process. Custom-printed shirts that do not have factory defects or printing errors made by us are strictly non-refundable.
